LOS ANGELES, CA – May 10, 2021 – (LATINX NEWSWIRE) - Aware of the need that young people have to find digital media that can amplify their voices and bring together in one place the topics of interest they seek on a daily basis, “Pasa El βeta” is born in the city of Los Angeles, California.
Pasa El βeta” is a Spanish language website that was launched last week and has a multicultural team of young people from countries such as Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia and the United States.
The site has a variety of sections that cover various branches of entertainment such as film, television, music, sports, videos, among others. It also includes community, current affairs and immigration segments.
One of the sections that stands out is the one dedicated to interviews, which aims to offer a showcase to publicize the talent of young Latinos who are standing out in various fields and who do not have a platform to amplify their achievements.
According to their executive director, Bony Hernández, the launch of “Pasa El βeta” seeks to provide “a window that brings its visitors closer to stories that others are not telling in a fresh way, without reservations and no stereotypes. A space where the color of the flag does not matter because we all have a place, enhancing the values and virtues of our youth.”
Hernández explained that “Pasa El βeta” seeks to position itself in the medium term as a digital entertainment brand, “that with authenticity, union, creativity, collaboration and passion amplifies the Latin American voice.”
When asked by the name of the website she leads, Hernández pointed out that the word βeta is used in Venezuela to refer to some very interesting news.
