The good folks at JCPenney gave me a generous gift card to find three items that I most wanted to get this year for Father’s Day so I took them up on the offer and found a couple things I really wanted.

The best gift I’ve given my dad was in my opinion, a paid trip to go visit his dad in Mexico. He was having financial issues and hadn’t been able to visit his parents since 2004 so he was very happy and in tears, I was too.
Lots of hugs y besitos from my little ones. Also, not making waffles at the crack of dawn!
My Dad was a welder growing up so we scraped up enough cash to get him a nice metal storage unit for all the stuff he had accumulated and he loved it – it was nice to see that big smile on his face. 😀
