Mi hijo esta en clases pero no logro que coloque su cara o cabeza en el agua, como le enseño a sacar Aire por la nariz y evitar la fea sensación de ahogamiento??? Por favor ayuda yano se que hacer y quiero que no le aterren los ejercicios en donde tiene que sumergir la cara.

Tíralo en la parte mas profunda de la piscina y déjalo que salga por sí solo. No se ahogará por eso, y habrá aprendido muchas cosas de una sola vez, incluyendo “colocar su cara o cabeza bajo el agua”.
